摘要
山钢日照公司2号5100 m^(3)高炉在生产接近4年时,高炉第8段炉腹铜冷却壁出现大面积破损,影响到高炉运行的安全稳定,决定空料线停炉更换8、9段冷却壁。利用停炉前高炉小休风的机会,对高炉炉顶打水装置和机械探尺进行升级改造,使其满足停炉的操作要求。通过精准计算停炉料,合理匹配料线与风量、顶压参数,控制空料线停炉期间安全适宜的顶温范围,合理调整铁口钻头尺寸和铁口深度等技术手段,以及采取升级炉身静压力孔和煤气风罩通氮气等一系列的措施,做到快速、安全、环保、顺利停炉。
In the 2#5100 m^(3) blast furnace of Rizhao Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co,a large area of copper cooling wall in the 8th section of the blast furnace has been damaged in production for nearly 4 years,which affects the safety and stability of the blast furnace operation.It is decided to stop the empty material line and replace the 8th and 9th section cooling wall.Taking advantage of the opportunity of small wind break before furnace shutdown,the water pumping device and mechanical probe of furnace top are upgraded,meeting the operation requirements of furnace shutdown.Through accurate calculation of stop charge,reasonable matching of feed line with air volume and top pressure parameters,control of safe and appropriate top temperature range during empty feed line,reasonable adjustment of iron bit size and iron mouth depth,as well as a series of measures such as static pressure hole of furnace body and gas hood through nitrogen,fast,safe,environmentally friendly and smooth stop furnace can be achieved.
