煤矿井下辅助运输方式优选及无轨胶轮车应用分析

摘要 为提高煤矿井下辅助运输效率,以更好地适应现代化矿井生产需要,在对井下辅助运输系统分析的基础上,对无极绳绞车+架空乘人装置辅助运输方式与无轨胶轮车辅助运输方式进行优选,最终确定将防爆电动无轨胶轮车应用到矿井辅助运输中,并给出具体改造方案。现场应用后,防爆电动无轨胶轮车在简化辅助运输流程、提高辅助运输效率、降低劳动强度等方面表现出显著优势,可更好地满足井下煤炭高效开采需要。 In order to improve the efficiency of underground auxiliary transportation in coal mines and better meet the needs of modern mine production,based on the analysis of the underground auxiliary transportation system,the optimal selection of the auxiliary transportation modes of endless rope winch + overhead passenger device and trackless rubber tired vehicle was made.Finally,it was determined to apply the explosion-proof electric trackless rubber tired vehicle to mine auxiliary transportation and provide a specific transformation scheme.After on-site application,explosion-proof electric trackless rubber tired vehicles showed significant advantages in simplifying auxiliary transportation processes,improving auxiliary transportation efficiency,and reducing labor intensity,which can better meet the needs of efficient underground coal mining.
