摘要
目前,“1+X”证书制度下的中职“新能源汽车维护与保养”课程教学在课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、实践环节、评价机制、教师培训等方面存在一些问题。基于此,文章提出以职业能力培养为导向,以理实一体化教学为手段,以校企合作为支撑的教学改革思路,以重构课程体系、更新教学内容、创新教学方法、加强校企合作、改革考核评价机制、强化教师培训等策略,构建符合“1+X”证书制度要求的课程教学新模式,以此为高素质技能型人才培养提供有益借鉴探索。
Currently,there are some problems in the teaching of the"New Energy Vehicle Maintenance and Care"course in vocational schools under the"1+X"certificate system,including course design,teaching content,teaching methods,practical activities,evaluation mechanisms,and teacher training.Based on this,the article proposes a teaching reform approach guided by vocational ability cultivation,using integrated teaching of theory and practice as a means,and supported by school enterprise cooperation.Through strategies such as restructuring the curriculum system,updating teaching content,innovating teaching methods,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,reforming assessment and evaluation mechanisms,and enhancing teacher training,a new curriculum teaching model that meets the requirements of the"1+X"certificate system is constructed,providing useful exploration for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
