摘要
目的:观察畲药小香勾熏蒸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)Ⅰ期的疗效。方法:选择2022年6月—2023年10月丽水市人民医院收治的62例首次发病未经治疗的脑卒中后SHSⅠ期患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各31例。对照组予以常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用畲药小香勾熏蒸治疗。连续治疗2周及4周后,比较2组治疗前后疼痛程度[疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、上肢运动功能[改良Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)]、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)评分的变化。结果:治疗2周、4周,2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降,观察组均低于同时间段对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周、治疗4周,2组FMA评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组FMA评分高于同一时间段对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,2组Barthel指数评分均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),观察组Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:畲药小香勾熏蒸治疗脑卒中后SHSⅠ期疗效较好,能有效缓解肩手部疼痛,改善上肢运动功能,提高日常生活能力。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of fumigation with She medicine Xiaoxianggou on post-stroke stage I shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS).Methods:A total of 62 patients with post-stroke stage I SHS who were admitted to Lishui City People′s Hospital and not given treatment after the first onset from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the observation group was additionally treated with fumigation with She medicine Xiaoxianggou based on the treatment of the control group.The two groups were treated for two and four weeks,respectively.The changes in pain degree[scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of pain],motor function of upper limbs[scores of modified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scale],and scores of Barthel Index(BI)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:After two and four weeks of treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the same stage,differences being significant(P<0.05).After two and four weeks of treatment,the FMA scores in both groups were elevated when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the FMA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at the same stage(P<0.05).After two and four weeks of treatment,the BI scores in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the BI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at the same stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fumigation with She medicine Xiaoxianggou has a great curative effect on stageⅠSHS,which can effectively mitigate the pain in the shoulders and hands,and improve the motor function of upper limbs and the activity of daily living.
