摘要
教师对国家通用语言文字教育实施的感知应成为评价国家通用语言文字教育实效的一个重要参数。对贵州民族地区中小学教师的深入调查揭示了国家通用语言文字教育在该地区的实施现状。研究发现,贵州民族地区在国家通用语言文字教育方面取得了一定的成效,教师普遍认识到,国家通用语言文字教育是增强学生国家认同、民族认同,形成文化自觉意识的重要途径。然而,不同类型学校、学段、学历、性别、年龄、民族和普通话水平等级的教师对教育实施方法、手段和载体的感知存在显著性差异。因此,政府应加大建设民汉合校的力度,提升教师的学历和普通话水平,鼓励教师利用教育技术改进教育方法和手段,丰富教育载体,开展更有效的体验式和对话式教育活动,以促进教育的提质增效。
The perception of teachers towards the implementation of National Lingua Franca Education should be considered an important parameter in evaluating the effectiveness of such education.An in-depth investigation into primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic regions of Guizhou has revealed the current status of the implementation of National Lingua Franca Education in these areas.The study found that certain achievements have been made in the ethnic areas of Guizhou in the field of and teachers generally recognize its importance.However,there are significant differences in the perceptions of teachers from different types of schools,educational stages,academic qualifications,genders,ages,ethnicities,and levels of Mandarin proficiency regarding the methods,means,and carriers of educational implementation.It is suggested that the government should intensify the efforts of integrating schools for ethnic minorities and Han Chinese,improve the academic qualifications and Mandarin proficiency of teachers,encourage teachers to use educational technology to improve teaching methods and means,enrich educational carriers,and carry out more effective experiential and dialogic educational activities to promote the quality and efficiency of education.
