摘要
目的观察全面性发育迟缓患儿实施醒脑开窍、补肾健脾养心针法治疗的效果。方法选取GDD住院患儿82例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各41例,2组各脱落3例,最终2组各纳入38例。对照组行常规康复治疗,试验组在此基础上增加实施醒脑开窍、补肾健脾养心针法。对2组患儿治疗前后应用Gesell发育量表、Peabody 2运动发育评估量表、婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表进行疗效评估。结果治疗后2组精细运动、大运动、语言、适应性、个人-社交发育商(developmental quotient,DQ)及精细运动商(fine motor quotient,FMQ)、粗大运动商(gross motor quotient,GMQ)、总体运动商(total motor quotient,TMQ)和自我管理、独立生活、作业操作、参加集体活动、运动、交往评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),试验组大运动、语言、适应性、个人-社交DQ及FMQ、GMQ、TMQ和自我管理、独立生活、作业操作、运动评分较对照组更高(P<0.05),而2组精细运动DQ和参加集体活动、交往评分比较不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论醒脑开窍、补肾健脾养心针法可改善GDD患儿智力发育、运动功能及社会生活能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture for waking up the brain,tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart in children with global developmental delay(GDD).Methods A total of 82 cases of hospitalized children with GDD were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a pilot group,each with 41 cases.Yet three cases were dislodged from each of the two groups,and 38 cases were finally included in each group.The control group was given a basic rehabilitation treatment,while the pilot group was treated with acupuncture for waking up the brain,tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart on top of that.The efficacy was evaluated using the Gesell Developmental Scale,Peabody 2 Motor Development Assessment Scale,and Infant-Junior High School Student's Social Living Ability Scale in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of fine motor,grand motor,language,adaptability,personalsocial developmental quotient(DQ)and fine motor quotient(FMQ),gross motor quotient(GMQ),total motor quotient(TMQ)and self-management,independent living,homework operation,participation in group activities,sports,and socialization were higher in both groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of grand motor,language,adaptability,personal-social DQ and FMQ,GMQ,TMQ and self-management,independent living,homework operation,sports,and socialization were higher in the pilot group than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the two groups in terms of the scores of fine motor DQ,participation in group activities and interaction(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture for waking up the brain,tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart can somewhat improve the intellectual development,motor function,and social life ability in children with GDD.
