摘要
学习坚毅是学生在学习过程中通过坚持不懈的努力和持之以恒的兴趣,以克服学业困难达成学习目标的重要品质。文章以南京大学2811名本科生追踪调查数据为样本,借助spss26.0软件进行分析后发现,南京大学本科生群体普遍有着较好的学习坚毅品质,并且在刻苦努力方面的表现尤为突出;基于“学习坚毅”的二维结构,按照“刻苦努力”与“兴趣一致”指标得分高低聚类出:高坚毅型学习者、糖衣型学习者、低坚毅型学习者、补偿型学习者四类群体,且四类人群在能力发展上存在显著差异。进一步回归分析发现,学习坚毅能够有效促进大学生的能力发展,并且兴趣维度在努力与能力发展之间起到调节作用,高兴趣程度的学生群体更能够通过努力实现能力发展。基于此,笔者认为要重视培养大学生的学习坚毅品质,发挥其对能力发展的有效作用;同时关注学习坚毅在不同人群中的异质性,并发挥兴趣对于努力在能力发展上的放大作用。
Learning perseverance is an important quality for students to overcome academic difficulties and achieve learning goals through unremitting efforts and persistent interest in the learning process.The article uses the tracking survey data of 2,811 undergraduates at Nanjing University as a sample and analyzes it with the help of spss26.0 software.It is found that the undergraduate group of Nanjing University generally has good study perseverance and is particularly outstanding in hard work;based on The two-dimensional structure of“learning grit”is clustered according to the scores of the“hard work”and“consistent interests”indicators:high grit learners,sugar-coated learners,low grit learners,and compensatory learners.And there are significant differences in ability development among the four groups of people.Further regression analysis found that learning grit can effectively promote the ability development of college students,and the interest dimension plays a mediating role between effort and ability development.Students with high interest levels are more able to achieve ability development through hard work.Based on this,the author believes that we should pay attention to cultivating the learning grit of college students and give full play to its effective role in ability development;at the same time,we should pay attention to the heterogeneity of learning grit among different groups of people,and give full play to the amplifying role of interest in efforts in ability development.
