摘要
为缓解生产过程中由于泡沫引起的质量安全和产率问题,以生物活性材料多巴胺和烷基异氰酸酯为反应原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,通过酯化反应合成了一种生物型多巴胺类衍生物作为消泡剂,通过核磁氢谱和红外光谱确定其结构。并对其消泡性能进行了表征,结果显示仅添加质量分数为3%~4%的生物型消泡剂就能将表面活性剂溶液产生的泡沫全部消除。该生物型消泡剂的消泡和抑泡性能优于市售消泡剂产品,同时具有较好的热稳定性能,在各类生产工业中有较好的应用前景。
In order to alleviate the quality safety and yield problems caused by foam in the production process,a bio-type dopamine derivative was synthesized as a defoamer by esterification reaction using the bioactive materials dopamine and alkyl isocyanate as the reaction raw materials and dibutyltin dilaurate as the catalyst,and its structure was determined by nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The defoaming properties were characterized,and the results showed that only the addition of bio-based defoamer with a mass fraction of 3%~4%could completely eliminate the foam generated by the surfactant solution.The defoaming and antifoaming performance of this bio-based defoamer is better than that of commercially available defoamer products,and it has good thermal stability performance,which has a good application prospect in various production industries.
