摘要
与传统的αβ T细胞不同,γδ T细胞通过非依赖性主要组织相容性复合物(MHC)途径识别抗原,因此在癌症免疫治疗中具有独特优势。本文综述了γδ T细胞的主要亚群及其在介导肿瘤免疫中的关键作用机制、探讨了基于γδ T细胞的免疫治疗策略,同时分析了其临床应用面临的挑战和局限。通过结合现有的研究进展,本文为包括口腔鳞癌在内的多种肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新的理论和研究方向。
Unlike conventional αβ T cells,γδ T cells recognize antigens through a non-MHC-dependent pathway,granting them unique advantages in cancer immunotherapy.In this review,we summarize the major subpopulations of γδ T cells and their critical mechanisms in mediating tumor immunity.We further explore the immunotherapeutic strategies based on γδ T cells and analyze the challenges and limitations associated with their clinical applications.By integrating current research advances,this review provides new theoretical insights and research directions for immunotherapy of various cancers,including oral squamous cell carcinoma.
