高寒黑土区植物激活蛋白(VDAL)对马铃薯产量和品质的影响

摘要 为探明植物激活蛋白(VDAL)在马铃薯生产上的应用效果,同时筛选出VDAL最适宜的施用方式,于2022—2023年连续2年比较不同施用方式下VDAL对马铃薯种薯产量及品质的影响。结果表明,VDAL不同处理对马铃薯产量的影响极显著,产量最高的是叶面喷施(F),平均产量为68.64 t/hm^(2),极显著高于CK;商品薯率在80%~92%,叶面喷施+拌种(FS)商品薯率最高,但与其余处理无显著差异;干物质含量、蛋白质含量均呈极显著差异,叶面喷施+拌种(FS)干物质含量、蛋白质含量最高,分别为16.79%和1.87%,极显著高于其余处理;还原糖含量差异显著,叶面喷施+拌种(FS)最高,显著高于叶面喷施(F),但与CK无显著差异;维生素C含量在0.13~0.14 mg/g,CK显著高于叶面喷施(F),但未形成极显著差异;淀粉含量在14.18%~15.43%,叶面喷施(F)最高,但与其余处理无显著差异。综上,施用VDAL可显著提高马铃薯产量指标和块茎干物质含量、蛋白质含量以及淀粉含量,最适宜施用方法是叶面喷施VDAL(F)。 To investigate the application effect of plant activating protein(VDAL)in potato production and screen out the most suitable application method of VDAL,the effects of VDAL on the yield and quality of potato seed tubers under different application methods were compared for two consecutive years from 2022 to 2023.The results showed that the effects of different VDAL treatments on potato yield showed extremely significant differences.The highest yield was achieved by foliar spraying(F),with an average yield of 68.64 t/hm^(2),which was significantly higher than CK;the commercial potato rate remained between 80%and 92%,with foliar spraying and seed dressing(FS)having the highest commercial potato rate,but there was no significant difference compared to other treatments;the dry matter content and protein content showed extremely significant differences,with leaf spraying+seed dressing(FS)having the highest dry matter and protein content,at 16.79%and 1.87%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the other treatments;there was a significant difference in reducing sugar content,with foliar spraying+seed dressing(FS)being the highest and significantly higher than foliar spraying(F),but there was no significant difference compared to CK;the vitamin C content was maintained at 0.13-0.14 mg/g,and CK was significantly higher than foliar spraying(F),but no significant difference was observed;the starch content remained between 14.18%and 15.43%,and foliar spraying(F)was the highest,but there was no significant difference compared to other treatments.In summary,the application of VDAL can significantly improve the yield indicators of potatoes and the dry matter content,protein content,and starch content of tubers.The most suitable application method is foliar spraying of VDAL(F).
