光强和光周期对观光木种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘要 为探究光照因素对观光木(Michelia odora)种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响,本研究以观光木种子为研究对象,设置黑暗(T1);3000 lx光照强度、12 h·d^(-1)光周期(T2);3000 lx光照强度、24 h·d^(-1)光周期(T3);5000 lx光照强度、12 h·d^(-1)光周期(T4);5000 lx光照强度、24 h·d^(-1)光周期(T5),共5个处理,测定种子萌发及幼苗生理指标,旨在为观光木种子萌发及幼苗培育提供有力依据。结果表明:(1)各项萌发及生理指标在不同光强和光周期处理下均存在显著差异。(2)随着光强和光周期的增大,可溶性糖含量呈持续增高趋势,在5000 lx光照强度、24 h·d^(-1)光周期时达最大值;MDA含量呈先增大后减小趋势,在3000 lx光照强度、24 h·d^(-1)光周期达到最大值3.49μmol·g^(-1);(3)种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性整体呈增大-减小-增大趋势;且发芽势在3000 lx光照强度、24 h·d^(-1)光周期达到最大值75.18%;发芽率、发芽指数在5000 lx光照强度、24 h·d^(-1)光周期时达到最大值,分别为74.08%、3.18。综上可知,5000 lx光照强度、24 h·d^(-1)光周期有利于观光木种子萌发及幼苗生长。 In order to explore the effects of light factors on seed germination and physiological characteristics of Michelia odora,the seeds of Michelia odora were used as the research object,and the dark(T1)was set up with 3000 lx light intensity,12 h·d^(-1)photoperiod(T2);3000 lx light intensity,24 h·d^(-1)photoperiod(T3);5000 lx light intensity,12 h·d^(-1)photoperiod(T4);5000 lx light intensity,24 h·d^(-1)photoperiod(T5),a total of five treatments applied.The seed germination and seedling physiological indexes were determined,aiming to provide a strong basis for seed germination and seedling cultivation of Michelia odora.The results showed that:(1)there were significant differences in germination and physiological indexes under different light and photoperiod treatments.(2)With the increase of light intensity and photoperiod,the soluble sugar content continued to increase,and the maximum value was at 5000 lx light intensity and 24 h·d^(-1)photoperiod.The MDA content increased first and then decreased,reaching a maximum of 3.49μmol·g^(-1)at 3000 lx light intensity and 24 h·d^(-1)photoperiod.(3)The seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,soluble protein content and POD activity showed an overall trend of increasing,decreasing,and then increasing.The germination potential reached a maximum of 75.18%at 3000 lx light intensity and 24 h·d^(-1)photoperiod.The germination rate and germination index reached the maximum values at 5000 lx light intensity and 24 h·d^(-1)photoperiod,which were 74.08%and 3.18,respectively.In summary,5000 lx light intensity and 24 h·d^(-1)photoperiod were conducive to seed germination and seedling growth of Michelia odora.
