摘要
腹泻是结直肠癌手术后常见的长期并发症。肠癌术后腹泻严重影响患者生活质量,现有的现代医学疗法并不能有效、安全地解决这一问题。全国第三批优秀临床中医人才方文岩教授经过多年临床实践,以《黄帝内经》“通因通用”理论为依据,总结出肠癌术后腹泻核心病因病机为脾气亏虚、气滞血瘀,以理气活血健脾通腑为治疗大法,方选大柴胡汤、大黄牡丹皮汤加减,并在临床应用中取得满意效果。此文旨在详细阐述方文岩教授通因通用治疗肠癌术后腹泻的理论依据及临证经验,并附验案2则加以佐证。
Diarrhea is a common long-term complication after colorectal cancer surgery.Postoperative diarrhea of bowel cancer seri-ously affects the quality of life of patients,and existing modern medical therapies cannot effectively and safely solve this problem.Af-ter years of clinical practice,Professor Fang Wenyan,the third batch of outstanding clinical traditional Chinese medicine talents in China,based on the theory of profuse fluid discharge by increasing fluid discharge in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,the core etiology of diarrhea after surgery for total colon cancer is spleen deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis.Satisfactory results have been achieved in clinical application.This article aims to elaborate the theoretical basis and clinical experience of Professor Fang We-nyan’s treatment of postoperative diarrhea of bowel cancer with the theory of profuse fluid discharge by increasing fluid discharge,and to support it with 2 experimental cases.
