摘要
从人本视角出发,实现城市空间与人群多元需求的精准匹配是城市规划领域的长期议题。然而,既有的规划实践中对于城市中“人”的差异性关注程度不足,忽视了对多元人群特征及其与城市空间之间关联性的深层次分析与刻画,难以满足多元群体需求的现实问题日渐凸显。因此,本文聚焦于主体需求的层级结构,构建了“静态基本社会属性-稳定职住行为属性-灵活出行偏好属性”的人群多层级属性体系,进而提出了“城市人群数字画像”理论与构建方法。基于该理论,本文针对南京阅江楼片区的居民进行了人群数字画像建构,识别并提取了典型人群的多层级属性特征,并针对性地提出了空间优化建议。
From a human-centered perspective,achieving the accurate matching between urban spaces and the diverse needs of urban population has long been a central issue in urban planning.However,in existing planning practices,insufficient attention is paid to the differences of“people”in the city,ignoring the in-depth analysis of their diverse characteristics and correlation with urban spaces.As a result,the practical challenges of meeting the needs of various population groups are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper focuses on the hierarchical structure of individual needs and constructs a multi-dimensional attribute system for urban population,consisting of“static basic social attributes,stable jobs-housing behavior attributes,and flexible travel preference attributes”.It then proposes the theory and methodology for constructing“digital profiles of urban population”.Based on this theory,the paper constructs digital profiles of the population in the Yuejianglou Area of Nanjing,identifies and extracts the multidimensional attributes of typical population groups,and provides targeted spatial optimization recommendations.
