摘要
目的:构建冻结肩患者全程康复管理方案并探讨其应用效果,为冻结肩患者的加速康复护理提供参考依据。方法:通过文献检索结合专家函询,构建基于健康行为过程取向理论的冻结肩患者全程康复管理方案。便利选取浙江省某三级甲等医院骨科2022年5月—7月入院的40例患者作为对照组,2022年9月—11月入院的40例患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用基于健康行为过程取向理论构建的全程康复管理模式。比较两组术后1天、术后1个月的Constant量表评分、QuickDASH量表评分,以及静息、活动时疼痛评估量表得分。结果:在术后1天和术后1个月时,观察组Constant量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.001),QuickDASH量表评分及活动时最高疼痛评估量表得分低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:基于健康行为过程取向理论的全程康复管理模式可减轻冻结肩患者疼痛感、促进舒适,加快肩关节功能康复,是一种安全可行且高效科学的护理管理新模式,可为冻结肩患者的护理管理路径提供新思路。
Objective:To construct a whole-process rehabilitation management model based on the theory of Health Action Process Approach for patients with frozen shoulder,and to evaluate its application effects.Methods:Through the literature retrieval and the expert consultations,we constructed a whole-process rehabilitation management model for patients with frozen shoulder based on the theory of Health Action Process Approach.Patients with frozen shoulder admitted to a tertiary grade A hospital in Zhejiang were included by convenient sampling method.Patients admitted from May to July 2022 were set as the control group(n=40),provided with the routine nursing care.Patients admitted from September to November 2022 were set as the observation group(n=40),provided with the whole-process rehabilitation management.The differences of Constant scale score,QuickDASH scale score,NRS score at rest and activity were compared between the two groups at 1st day and 1st month after surgery.Results:After the intervention,the Constant scale score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,QuickDASH scale score and the maximum NRS score during activity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1st day and 1st month after surgery(P<0.001).Conclusion:The whole-process rehabilitation management model based on the theory of Health Action Process Approach can relieve the pain of patients with frozen shoulder,promote comfort,and speed up shoulder joint rehabilitation.It can provide new ideas for nurses during the nursing management of frozen shoulder patients.
