摘要
目的分析Swanson照护理论的护理干预对腹腔镜胃肠道手术儿童治疗配合度及术后恢复的影响。方法通过随机数字表法,将2021年1月至2023年12月期间厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的110例腹腔镜胃肠道手术患儿分为两组,对照组(n=55)实施常规护理,观察组(n=55)实施Swanson照护理论的护理干预,对比两组视觉模拟(VAS)评分、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、依从率、焦虑、医疗恐惧评分。结果观察组VAS评分、首次排气时间、进食时间、排便时间、住院时间均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组干预后改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表评分、儿童医疗恐惧量表评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃肠道手术儿童应用Swanson照护理论的护理干预,可以减轻患儿术后疼痛、焦虑、恐惧心理,提升患儿依从性,有助于促进患儿术后胃肠功能尽快恢复,具有非常高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of Swanson’s nursing intervention on the treatment cooperation and postoperative recovery of children undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 110 children with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery admitted to Women and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=55)received routine nursing,the observation group(n=55)received nursing intervention based on Swanson nursing theory.visual analogue scale(VAS),gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospital stay,compliance rate,anxiety and medical fear score were compared between the two groups.Results VAS score,first exhaust time,feeding time,defecation time and hospital stay in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The scores of modified Yale Perioperative Anxiety Scale and Children’s Medical Fear Scale in observation group were lower than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).The compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing intervention of children undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery with Swanson care theory can alleviate postoperative pain,anxiety and fear,improve compliance,and help promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function as soon as possible,which has very high application value.
