摘要
目的:分析数字化管理模式在泌尿外科腔镜仪器管理中的效果。方法:2021年6月~2022年6月,选择60套泌尿外科腔镜仪器开展常规管理为参照组。2022年7月~2023年7月,录入泌尿外科腔镜仪器60套实施数字化管理为试验组。对各组腔镜仪器管理效果进行评定。结果:试验组腔镜器械在差错率方面表现出色,其器械损坏率明显低于参照组;试验组器械零部件遗失率为0.33%(1/300),低于参照组的2.67%(8/300);试验组的器械准备差错率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在腔镜器械管理质量评分的对比中,试验组得分高于参照组,试验组腔镜器械管理满意度比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论:数字化管理模式的应用,对提高泌尿外科腔镜仪器管理质量、满意程度意义显著。与此同时,该种管理模式在降低腔镜器械在差错率方面优势明显。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of digital management mode in the management of endoscopic instruments in urology.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,60 sets of urological endoscopic instruments were selected and routine management was carried out as the reference group.From July 2022 to July 2023,60 sets of urological endoscopic instruments were recorded and digital management was implemented,forming the experimental group.Evaluate the management effectiveness of each group of endoscopic instruments.Results:The experimental group performed well in terms of error rate of endoscopic instruments,with a significantly lower instrument damage rate than the reference group.The loss rate of instrument components in the experimental group was 0.33%(1/300),lower than the reference group's 2.67%(8/300).The error rate of instrument preparation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of quality scores for endoscopic instrument management,the experimental group scored higher than the reference group,and the satisfaction with endoscopic instrument management in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of digital management mode has significant significance in improving the quality and satisfaction of urological endoscopic instrument management.At the same time,this management model has significant advantages in reducing the error rate of endoscopic instruments.
