摘要
首先,针对实船失效密封件材料中的9442镍铝青铜,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析镍铝青铜腐蚀件的形貌与断口,利用能谱分析技术(EDS)分析腐蚀件表面的腐蚀产物组分;然后,开展镍铝青铜材料、2205不锈钢两种材料组合腐蚀试验,得到了各试验件在不同工况下的腐蚀特征;最后,进行加速因子分析,探究密封环失效特征和加速腐蚀速率。
Firstly,the morphology and fracture of 9442 Ni-Al bronze corroded parts are analyzed by SEM,and the components of corrosion products are analyzed by EDS.Then,the combined corrosion test of nickel-aluminum bronze material and 2205 stainless steel is carried out,and the corrosion characteristics of each test piece under different working conditions are obtained.Finally,the acceleration factor analysis is carried out and the failure characteristics of the seal ring and the accelerated corrosion rate are explored.
