摘要
文章旨在探讨大语言模型在智慧图书馆场景化服务中的应用研究,以理解和促进大语言模型在智慧图书馆的场景化服务模式及效能提升。首先,介绍了大语言模型的发展历程及功能作用;接着,阐述了大语言模型在促进图书馆嵌入智慧化的服务原理、丰富多元化的服务场景、提供高效化的服务方式、提升多语言的服务能力、建立弱边界的服务生态、化解模糊化的服务流程、扮演智能化的服务角色等方面的应用优势;最后,总结了大语言模型在智慧图书馆领域应用所面临的问题并提出相应对策。
The article aims to explore the application research of Large Language Models(LLMs)in the scenario-based services of smart libraries,in order to understand and promote the scenario-based service model and efficiency improvement of Large Language Models in smart libraries.Firstly,it introduces the development history and functional role of Large Language Models;then it elaborates on the application advantages of Large Language Models in promoting the embedding of intelligence in libraries,enriching diverse service scenarios,providing efficient service methods,enhancing multilingual service capabilities,establishing a weak boundary service ecosystem,resolving ambiguous service processes,and playing an intelligent service role.Finally,it summarizes the problems faced by the application of Large Language Models in the field of smart libraries and proposes corresponding strategies.
