摘要
目的:评价银翘清咽颗粒联合蓝芩口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法:纳入2023年1月—2024年6月于广东省第二中医院接受治疗的84例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,单双号法均分2组,各42例。对照组予蓝芩口服液和常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予银翘清咽颗粒治疗,两组均持续治疗5 d。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、炎症指标、免疫指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疱疹消失、退热、疼痛消失、流涎消失临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP、IL-6、SAA水平低于对照组,IgA、IgM、IgG水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银翘清咽颗粒联合蓝芩口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效良好,能有效缓解患儿临床症状,下调炎症因子水平,提升免疫功能,且安全性高。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Yinqiao Qingyan Granules combined with Lanqin Oral Liquid in treatment of infantile herpangina.Methods:From January 2023 to June 2024,84 children with herpangina who were treated in Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included.They were divided into two groups by single and double number method,with 42 children in each group.The control group was treated with Lanqin Oral Liquid and conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yinqiao Qingyan Granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 5 days.The clinical efficacy,remission time of clinical symptoms,inflammatory indexes,immune indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms of herpes disappearance,fever,pain disappearance and salivation disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and SAA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yinqiao Qingyan Granules combined with Lanqin Oral Liquid has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children with herpetic angina.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,down-regulate the level of inflammatory factors,improve immune function,and has high safety.
