摘要
激光增材及重熔技术作为一种金属材料局部损伤修复技术,具有熔覆层组织致密、耐腐蚀性好、基材结合好、无污染、施工质量可控、适应性强等优点,已成功应用于航空航天、海洋工程、船舶等领域,在建筑工程钢结构施工中亦有广泛的应用前景。本文通过理论研究和现场试验相结合的方式,对激光增材及重熔技术在建筑工程施工中应用存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决措施,为该技术在建筑工程施工中的顺利应用提供了参考。
Laser additive and remelting technology,as a local damage repair technology for metal materials,has the advantages such as dense cladding layer structure,good corrosion resistance,good bonding with the base material,no pollution,controllable construction quality,and strong adaptability.It has been successfully applied in aerospace,marine engineering,shipbuilding and other fields,and also has broad application prospects in the construction of steel structures in building engineering.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of laser additive and remelting technology in building engineering construction through a combination of theoretical research and field tests,and proposes countermeasures,providing reference for the smooth application of this technology in building engineering construction.
