摘要
着生藻类在水生态健康评价中发挥着重要作用。2020年对苏北运河33个样点的着生藻群落和水体理化因子特征进行了调查,并利用着生藻完整性评价指数(P–IBI)评价苏北运河水生态健康状况。结果表明:共采集到藻类5门33属,其中硅藻门13属,绿藻门有12属,隐藻门有1属,蓝藻门有5属,裸藻门有2属,优势属主要为浮游蓝丝藻属(Planktothrix)、舟形藻属(Navicula)、小球藻属(Chlorella)、刚毛藻属(Cladophora)。Shannon–Wiener多样性指数、Simpson指数和Pielou均匀度指数的平均值分别为1.60、0.55和0.53,生物多样性水平一般。冗余分析结果显示,影响着生藻类群落结构的主要因子为电导率、悬浮物和水温。选取了9个环境因子与14个反映着生藻群落特征的候选参数,比较各候选参数与环境因子之间的相关性,并对结果进一步测试,最终选取Chl a、Abundance、Menhinick、Berger–Parker和Simpson共5个核心指数构建P–IBI评价体系。P–IBI指数结果显示,全河段P–IBI平均值为49.8,处于差状态的点位占42%,中占55%,良占3%。P–IBI最大值为72,出现在里运河下游,最小值为28,出现在中运河下游。分析结果表明苏北运河不同河段的水生态健康状况无显著差异,P–IBI评价结果与群落分析结果一致:生物多样性低,整体水质中等。
Periphyton plays an important role in aquatic ecological health evaluation.Periphyton communities and water physic-chemical factors were investigated in 33 sites of the Subei canal in 2020,and periphyton index of biological integrity(P–IBI)was used to evaluate the ecological health status of the Subei canal.The results showed that a total of 33 genera of 5 phyla were collected,including 13 genera of Bacillariophytes,12 genera of Chlorophytes,1 genus of Cryptophytes,5 genera of Cyanophytes and 2 genera of Euglenophytes.The dominant genera were Planktothrix,Navicular,Chlorella and Cladophora.The Shannon–Wiener diversity index,Simpson index,and Pielou evenness index were relatively low,with the mean values of 1.60,0.55 and 0.53,respectively.Redundancy analysis indicated that the main factors affecting periphyton community were conductivity,suspended solids and water temperature.Fourteen bioindicators reflecting the characteristics of periphyton community were selected as candidate parameters.Nine environmental factors were selected for correlation analysis with candidate parameters to determine the core indexes.The results were further tested using validated data.Ultimately,five core indexes,i.e.,Chl a,abundance,menhinick,Berger Parker and Simpson,were selected to build the P–IBI evaluation system.The results showed that the mean value of P–IBI in the whole canal was 49.8,and the sites in poor state accounted for 42%,the middle for 55%,and the good for 3%,respectively.The maximum value of P–IBI was 72 and appeared in the lower reaches of the Li Canal,while the minimum value was 28 and appeared in the lower reaches of the Zhong Canal.There was no significant differences of different canal sections in the water ecological health status of the Subei canal.The results of P–IBI evaluation were consistent with the results of community analysis:the biodiversity was relatively low,and the overall water quality was medium.
