摘要
糖尿病肾病是指因糖尿病而并发的肾脏病变,也是终末期肾病的主要原因。越来越多的证据证实,中医药治疗此病具有显著的优势。文章从名医名家经验、文献挖掘、临床研究等方面,对近10年糖尿病肾病中医证型分型及证治规律进行了梳理,并简要总结了此病的病机转变特点和中医对“未病”的诊治思路,以期对临床有所裨益。
Diabetic nephropathy refers to kidney disease that occurs as a complication of diabetes and is also a major cause of end-stage renal disease.Increasing evidence has confirmed the significant advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treat-ment of this condition.In this review,the author provided a comprehensive summary of the TCM syndrome differentiation and treat-ment principles for diabetic nephropathy over the past decade,based on renowned TCM practitioners,literature exploration,and clini-cal research.Additionally,the author briefly summarized the characteristics of the pathological changes in this disease and the TCM approach of treating"preventive treatment of disease",aiming to provide clinical insights and benefits.
