摘要
为评估不同免疫策略对羊群主要动物疫病免疫效果的影响,以确定最佳的疫苗免疫程序,该试验将牧区不同品种(阿勒泰羊、新疆山羊)羊群随机分为4组,每组采用不同免疫方案。其中,A组羊采用“三苗三针三免”,B组和C组羊采用“三苗三针两免”,D组羊采用“三苗三针一免”,统计分析各免疫组的临床指标和免疫抗体水平。结果表明,口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫、羊痘联合免疫后互不干扰,均能有效刺激机体产生高水平的中和抗体。该联合免疫策略可以简化疫苗免疫程序,为确定羊群最佳疫苗免疫程序提供可靠的临床应用参考。
In order to evaluate the effect of different immunization strategies on the immunity of sheep against major animal diseases and determine the best vaccine immunization program,sheep of different breeds(Altay sheep and Xinjiang goats)in pastoral areas were randomly divided into 4 groups,and each group adopted different immunization programs.Among them,group A sheep were treated with“three seedlings,three needles and three exemptions”,group B and group C sheep were treated with“three seedlings,three needles and two exemptions”,and group D sheep were treated with“three seedlings,three needles and one exemption”.The clinical indexes and immune antibody levels of each immune group were statistically analyzed.The results showed that foot-and-mouth disease,Peste petit ruminant and orf combined immunization without interference can effectively stimulate the body to produce a high level of neutralizing antibodies.The combined immunization strategy can simplify the vaccine immunization program and provide a reliable reference for clinical application in determining the best vaccine immunization program for sheep.
