螺纹扩大体钢桩支护技术在邻近管廊基坑工程中的应用

Application of Threaded Enlarged Body Steel Pile Support Technology in Foundation Excavation Engineering Adjacent Utility Tunnel

摘要 螺纹扩大体钢桩是一种新型支护结构,其施工周期短且经济效益显著,该技术旋转钻进的施工特点使其对工程周边环境的影响较小。依托苏州市吴中太湖新城某基坑工程,基于ABAQUS软件建立了三维数值模型,分析了选用螺纹扩大体钢桩作为斜支撑时,基坑开挖对邻近管廊以及围护结构的影响。结果表明:基坑工程选用螺纹扩大体钢桩作为斜支撑可以有效控制围护结构与管廊结构的位移,满足围护结构对管廊结构的安全保护要求;模拟中可按照公式近似地等效为钢管撑,得出的结果能较好地反映出基坑开挖过程中围护结构以及邻近管廊的变形趋势,模拟结果虽然偏保守,但仍能较好地预测真实水平变形情况。 The threaded enlarged steel pile,as a new type of supporting structure,has a short construction period and significant economic benefits.The construction characteristics of the rotary drilling technology make it have less impact on the surrounding environment of the project.Based on a foundation excavation project in Taihu New Town of Wuzhong City,Suzhou City,a three-dimensional numerical model was established based on ABAQUS software.The influence of foundation excavation on the adjacent pipe gallery and enclosure structure was analyzed when choosing the threaded enlarged steel piles as the inclined supports.The results show that in the foundation excavation project,the displacement of both the enclosure structure and the utility tunnel structure can be effectively controlled by using the threaded enlarged steel piles as the inclined supports,which can meet the safety protection requirements of the enclosure structure for the utility tunnel structure.In the simulation,it can be approximately equivalent to the steel pipe support according to the formula.The results can better reflect the deformation trend of the enclosure structure and the adjacent utility tunnel during the excavation of the foundation excavation.Although the simulation results are conservative to some degree,they can still better predict the real horizontal deformation.
