摘要
过滤器对航空燃料的转输具有重要意义,其精度对航空燃料的洁净度具有决定性作用。文章根据油库过滤器引起的质量异常事件开展研究,着重阐述了过滤器精度对燃料在转输过程中质量保障的重要性。航空燃料从炼厂发出至油库,最终加注到飞机上,每一个环节对过滤器精度都有不同的要求,以确保燃料的洁净度满足航空燃料的高标准要求。生产商、供应企业应重视过滤器精度的选择与匹配,加强上、下游企业沟通与协作,共同提升燃料供应链条的稳定性和可靠性。
Filters are of great significance to the transfer of aviation fuel,and their filtration accuracy plays a decisive role in the cleanliness of aviation fuel.This paper conducts research based on quality anomalies caused by filters in fuel depots,emphasizing the importance of filtration accuracy for quality assurance during the fuel transfer process.From the refinery to the fuel depot and ultimately to the aircraft,each stage in the aviation fuel supply chain has different requirements for filter accuracy to ensure that the cleanliness of the fuel meets the high standards of aviation fuel.Manufacturers and suppliers should pay attention to the selection and matching of filtration accuracy,strengthen communication and collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises,and jointly enhance the stability and reliability of the fuel supply chain.
