煤矿排水系统改造技术研究及应用

摘要 随着煤矿开采深度的增加,多数煤矿涌水量都会较初期建井时有所增加,这就导致煤矿现有排水系统的能力出现不足的情况。煤矿生产中的涌水属于威胁煤矿安全生产的众多因素之一,必须随着涌水量的变化相应提升矿井排水系统的能力。本文主要通过结合煤矿用排水设备的基本特性,并充分分析当前矿井排水系统现状、考虑现场实际情况,因地制宜,通过方案比选提出最适合本煤矿的排水系统改造方案。主要涉及到的矿建工程有水仓改造、水闸墙附近井巷工程、地面直排孔、水泵房改造等。 As the depth of coal mining increases,the water inflow of most coal mines will increase compared to the initial well construction,which leads to insufficient capacity of the existing drainage system in coal mines.The water inflow in coal mine production is one of the many factors that threaten coal mine safety production,and the capacity of the mine drainage system must be correspondingly improved with the change of water inflow.This article mainly combines the basic characteristics of drainage equipment used in coal mines,fully analyzes the current status of the mine drainage system,considers the actual situation on site,adapts to local conditions,and proposes the most suitable drainage system renovation plan for this coal mine through scheme comparison.The main mining construction projects involved include water tank renovation,well and roadway engineering near the water gate wall,ground direct discharge holes,and water pump room renovation.
