摘要
某海上石油平台水下井口项目脐带缆终端与注水树连接所用的跨接管材料为UNS S32750超级双相不锈钢。为确保跨接管现场焊接质量及性能,在产品现场施焊前,先对该材料进行焊接性分析,然后采用GTAW焊接方法进行单面焊双面成形焊接工艺试验研究。结果表明:当焊接试验选用直径2.0mm的ER2594氩弧焊丝,保护气体选用99.99%Ar,焊缝正面保护气体流量为8~12L/min,焊缝背面保护气体流量为10~15L/min,电弧电压为12~13V,焊接电流为65~80A,焊接速度为65~70mm/min,焊接热输入控制在0.67~1.08kJ/mm内,以及最大层间温度为150℃时,焊接接头的力学性能、金相组织、铁素体相比例、点蚀性能均满足相关标准要求。研究制定的焊接工艺已成功应用于跨接管现场焊接施工中,成效显著。
The super duplex stainless steel pipe UNS S32750 was used Jumper material from the umbilical termination head to the subsea tree for water injection in the subsea wellhead project of a offshore platform.In order to ensure product performance,the appropriate welding parameters of GTAW were used to conduct experimental research on single-sided welding and double-sided forming welding process before the production of the product by analyzing the welding characteristics of the material.The experimental results show that when the diameters of the welding material ER2594 was 2.0mm,the shielding gas was 99.99%Ar,the flow rate of protective gas on the front of the weld seam was 8~12L/min,the flow rate of protective gas on the back of the weld seam was 10~15L/min,as well as the welding current of 65~80A,the welding voltage of 12~13V,the welding speed of 65~70mm/min,the heat input of 0.67~1.08kJ/mm,and the maximum interlayer temperature of 150℃,the mechanical properties,metallographic structure,ferrite phase ratio,and pitting corrosion resistance of welded joints all meet the requirements of relevant standards.The GTAW welding process developed through research was also successfully applied in the on-site welding construction of jumper.
