摘要
行风建设是各行业实现稳定发展的必由之路,医疗行业亦不例外。而内部行风建设强调自律管理,即发挥内部力量来纠正不正之风,共建廉洁、自律的良好医疗氛围。文章主要分析加强医院内部行风建设的必要性,发现当前医院内部行风建设存在一些问题,以执行主体设置不合理、道德教育不到位、查处流程不完善为主要表现,提出健全组织管理体系、优化医德教育考评机制、完善查处流程3项针对性处理措施,目的在于推动医院内部行风建设质量及效果的提升。文章为医院内部行风建设现存问题的有效解决提供了有益思路,对医院持续发展、政治与社会稳定及健康中国战略的贯彻落实有重要意义。
The construction of industry style is the only way to achieve stable development in various industries,and the medical industry is no exception.The construction of internal industry style emphasizes self-discipline management,that is,giving full play to internal forces to correct improper trends and build a good medical atmosphere of honesty and self-discipline.This article mainly analyzes the necessity of strengthening the construction of hospital internal industry style,and finds that there are some problems in the current construction of hospital internal industry style.The main manifestations are unreasonable setting of execution subjects,inadequate moral education,and imperfect investigation and punishment process,and propose three targeted measures to improve the organizational management system,optimize the evaluation mechanism of medical ethics education,and improve the investigation and punishment process.The purpose is to promote the quality and effect of the construction of internal style of the hospital.This article provides useful ideas for the effective solution of the existing problems in the construction of hospital industry style,and has important significance for the sustainable development of hospitals,political and social stability and the implementation of the strategy of healthy China.
