摘要
为了设计一款高精度多电池管理系统,采用了主从模块化设计结构,将系统划分为主控板和采集板两个部分。一块主控板可最多级联20块采集板。主控单元STM32F407VET6和采集单元XL8812通过IosSPI通信方式相互配合。实现了对4~240节电池的电压、温度等信息的采集,并将数据上传至上位机以实现实时监测电池组状态的功能。经过打板联调测试,该系统表现出良好的稳定性和测量精度,能够满足大规模电池阵列的电压监测系统需求。
In the process of designing a high-precision multi-battery management system,a master-slave modular design structure was implemented,dividing the system into two parts:the master control board and the acquisition board.Up to 20 acquisition boards can be cascaded with a single master control board.The main control unit,STM32F407VET6 and the acquisition unit,XL8812,cooperate with each other through IosSPI communication.This configuration enables the collection of voltage,temperature,and other information for 4 to 240 battery cells,with the data being uploaded to the host computer for real-time monitoring of the battery pack’s status.Through extensive board debugging and testing,the system has demonstrated excellent stability and measurement accuracy,fully meeting the voltage monitoring system requirements for large-scale battery arrays.
