摘要
皎平渡山洞遗址属于典型的弱胶结土体,在长期水下赋存时极易发生离解和坍塌,故需要对遗址弱胶结土体进行加固和保护。开发了一种新型复合水泥基注浆材料体系,通过正交试验及单因素试验对注浆材料性能展开优化设计,并阐述了注浆材料的固化反应机理,最后通过室内模拟注浆实验评价了注浆材料的应用可行性。结果表明:复合水泥注浆材料的最佳配比为:m(水)∶m(普通硅酸盐水泥)∶m(硫铝酸盐水泥)∶m(矿粉)∶m(硅灰)∶m(空心玻璃微珠)=0.38∶0.49∶0.21∶0.20∶0.05∶0.05,此时体系具有良好的工作性能、耐水性,同时结石体具有轻质、早强、体积稳定性好等显著优点,并且注浆材料在遗址土中具有良好的可灌性,对遗址土有显著的加固效果,为解决弱胶结土体遗址加固和保护技术的发展,提供了新的思路和解决方案。
The site of Jiaopingdu Cave is a typical weakly consolidated soil,which is prone to dissociation and collapse in the face of long-term underwater conditions.Thus,it is necessary to strengthen and protect the weakly consolidated soil of the site.In this paper,a new type of composite cement-based grouting material was obtained by orthogonal test and single factor test,and the curing reaction mechanism of the grouting material was described.Finally,the feasibility of using grouting materials was evaluated through indoor simulation grouting experiments.The results showed that the optimal ratio of composite cement grouting material is m(water)∶m(ordinary Portland cement)∶m(sulfoaluminate cement)∶m(mineral powder)∶m(silica fume)=0.38∶0.49∶0.21∶0.20∶0.05∶0.05.At this time,the system has good workability and water resistance,and the stone body has significant advantages such as light weight,early strength,and good volume stability.The grouting material has good injectability in the site soil and has a significant reinforcement effect on the site soil,providing a new idea and solution for the development of strengthening and protection technology of weakly cemented soil sites.
