摘要
目的:探究四黄冰敷散联合硫酸镁治疗静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月在江西中医药大学附属医院住院的静脉炎患者70例,用随机数字表法分为四黄冰敷散组(22例)、硫酸镁组(23例)、四黄冰敷散联合硫酸镁组(25例),均治疗1周。1周后,比较3组患者的外周血超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平以及SF-36评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,四黄冰敷散联合硫酸镁组的总有效率(96.00%)显著高于硫酸镁组(69.57%)和四黄冰敷散组(72.73%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组患者hs-CRP、VEGF、IL-6水平均明显下降(P<0.01),且四黄冰敷散联合硫酸镁组的hs-CRP、VEGF、IL-6水平均显著低于四黄冰敷散组、硫酸镁组(P<0.01);治疗后,3组患者SF-36评分均明显提高(P<0.05),且四黄冰敷散联合硫酸镁组的SF-36评分显著高于四黄冰敷散组、硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。结论:四黄冰敷散联合硫酸镁外敷治疗静脉炎患者,临床疗效显著,可明显减轻患者炎症,改善血管内皮功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of Sihuang Bingfu Powder combined with magnesium sulfate on phlebitis.Methods:Seventy patients with phlebitis hospitalized at the affiliated hospital Jiangxi university of Chinese medicine from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into Sihuang Bingfu Powder group(22 cases),magnesium sulfate group(23 cases)and Sihuang Bingfu Powder combined with magnesium sulfate group(25 cases)by random number table method,and treated for 1 week.After 1 week,the levels of peripheral blood hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and SF-36 scores of the three groups were compared,and the clinical nursing effect was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of Sihuang Bingfu Powder combined with magnesium sulfate group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of magnesium sulfate group(69.57%)and Sihuang ice powder group(72.73%)(P<0.05).The indexes of hs-CRP,VEGF and IL-6 in the three groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the hs-CRP,VEGF and IL-6 in the Sihuang Bing powder combined with magnesium sulfate group were significantly lower than those in Sihuang Bingfu Powder and magnesium sulfate group(P<0.01).The SF-36 score of the three groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the SF-36 score of Sihuang Bingfu Powder combined with magnesium sulfate group was significantly higher than that of Sihuang Bingfu Powder and magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sihuang Bingfu Powder combined with magnesium sulfate external application in the treatment of phlebitis patients,the clinical effect is significant,can significantly reduce the inflammation of patients,improve vascular endothelial function,improve the quality of life.
