摘要
中草药中含有生物碱、多糖、氨基酸等生物活性成分,中草药提取物具有抗炎、抗应激、抗氧化和促进肠道健康等作用,具有来源广泛、纯天然、无残留等特点,成为可能替代抗生素的替代品之一。在动物饲粮中适量添加中草药提取物,对调节肠道菌群平衡、促进有益代谢物产生和维持肠道屏障的完整具有积极作用。文章综述了中草药的活性成分、中草药提取物对动物肠道菌群潜在作用机制,以及中草药提取物对畜禽肠道健康的作用,旨在从调节肠道健康角度揭示相关作用机制,为治疗相关疾病和减轻动物应激状况提供参考。
Chinese herbal medicine contains alkaloids,polysaccharides,amino acids and other bioactive ingredients.Chinese herbal medicine extracts have anti-inflammatory,anti-stress,anti-oxidation and intestinal health promotion functions,and have become one of the possible alternatives to antibiotics because of its wide source,pure natural,no residue and other characteristics.Supplementation of Chinese herbal medicine extracts in animal diets has positive effects on regulating the balance of intestinal flora,promoting the production of beneficial metabolites and maintaining the integrity of intestinal barrier.This article reviewed the active components of Chinese herbal medicine,the potential mechanism of action of Chinese herbal medicine extracts on animal intestinal flora,and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine extracts on intestinal health of livestock and poultry,aiming to reveal the relevant mechanism of action from the perspective of regulating intestinal health,and provide references for treating related diseases and alleviating animal stress.
