摘要
我国青少年近视问题日益严重,发病率居高不下。中医学认为,青少年近视的发生与阴阳失调、气血不足有关,中医外治法对青少年近视有良好的治疗作用。本文基于脏腑经络理论,提出以脏腑辨证为核心,“调脊升阳”法治疗青少年近视的观点。认为青少年近视多因肝、脾、肾虚所致,通过脊柱及膀胱经相关穴位推拿及点按调节脏腑、畅通督脉、提升阳气而治疗眼病,同时配合头面部经络疏通改善眼周气血,在治疗中注重养肝、补脾、益肾。本文探讨了脏腑经络理论在青少年眼病诊疗中的应用价值,提出“调脊升阳”的治疗方法,强调整体观念与局部病变相结合,为近视治疗提供新思路。
The problem of myopia among adolescents in China is increasingly severe,with a consistently high incidence rate.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)attributes the development of adolescent myopia to an imbalance of Yin and Yang and deficiencies in Qi and blood.TCM external treatment methods have demonstrated positive effects in addressing adolescent myopia.Based on the theory of Zangfu organs and meridians,this article proposes a treatment approach centered on Zangfu syndrome differentiation,specifically the"Spine-adjusting and Yang-raising"method for adolescent myopia.It posits that adolescent myopia is primarily due to deficiencies in liver,spleen,and kidney,and suggests that therapeutic massage and acupressure applied to relevant points along the spine and the bladder meridian can regulate organ function,clear the governing vessel,and enhance Yang energy to treat eye conditions.Additionally,this approach involves stimulating meridians around the head and face to improve the circulation of Qi and blood around the eyes,emphasizing liver nourishment,spleen strengthening,and kidney reinforcement.This paper explores the application value of the Zangfu and meridian theory in the diagnosis and treatment of adolescent eye diseases,proposes the"Spine-Adjusting and Yang-raising"treatment,and underscores the integration of holistic concepts with local pathology,offering a new perspective for the treatment of myopia.
