摘要
帕金森病是一种常见于中老年人的神经系统退行性疾病,目前尚缺乏能明显延缓或阻止疾病进展的疗法,临床以对症治疗为主。中医学中帕金森病属于“颤证”范畴,梁繁荣教授认为其病位在脑,与肝、肾关系最密切,核心病机为“肝风内动、肾精不足”。临证治疗以“平肝补肾”为重要治则,辨证归经以足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经、督脉为主。采用分期论治:早期平肝息风、舒筋止颤,中期补肾益髓、通脑调神,晚期养肝荣肾、滋养筋脉,针刺和艾灸治疗相结合,多脏同调,在缓解帕金森病的动作迟缓、肌肉强直震颤、睡眠障碍、认知功能损害等方面取得较好的临床效果。
Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease commonly found in middle-aged and elderly people,there is currently a lack of therapies that can significantly delay or prevent disease progression,symptomatic treatment is the main approach in clinical practice.In traditional Chinese medicine,Parkinson’s disease belongs to the category of“tremor syndrome”,Professor Liang Fanrong believes that the disease is located in brain,is most closely related to liver and kidney,core pathogenesis is“liver wind stirring up internally,insufficiency of kidney essence”.Clinical treatment is based on the important principle of“calming liver and tonifying kidney”,the differentiation of syndrome and channel tropism is mainly based on jueyin liver channel of foot,shaoyin kidney channel of foot,and governor channel.Treatment by stages is adopted:early stage,suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,relieving rigidity of muscle and relieving tremor,middle stage,tonifying kidney and nourishing marrow,connecting brain and regulating mind,late stage,nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing muscles and channels,combination of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,harmonizing multiple organs,good clinical results have been achieved in alleviating bradykinesia,muscle rigidity tremors,sleep disorders,cognitive impairment,and other symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
