避难层悬挑支模模块化节点施工技术

摘要 为了解决超高层避难层的悬挑支模问题以及爬架爬升的工序交叉问题,采用了在避难层竖向结构施工时预埋螺栓或者预留穿越螺栓的孔洞,待爬架爬升到避难层上方五层左右之后,开始施工避难层的支模系统,其支模系统采用标准的钢牛腿支撑承担支模荷载的钢梁。研究和实际应用表明:通过在避难层竖向结构施工阶段预埋螺栓或预留穿越螺栓孔,后期进行避难层结构施工,能够有效保证主体结构的连续施工,避免技术间隙时间,同时无需重新搭设爬架。支模系统采用标准钢牛腿支撑承担支模荷载的钢梁,传力简单、可靠,且钢牛腿可循环使用,节约造价。进一步研究及应用结果表明,在墙体上采用预留孔洞时,其连接牛腿的螺栓同样可循环使用,进一步节约工程成本,且标准牛腿也可用于其余悬挑支模施工。该技术为施工现场的一线技术人员提供了可参考的解决方案。 In order to solve the problem of cantilever formwork support for super high-rise refuge floors and the intersection of climbing and climbing processes.During the construction of the vertical structure of the refuge layer,pre embedded bolts or reserved holes for crossing bolts were used.After the climbing frame climbed to about five floors above the refuge layer,the construction of the formwork system for the refuge layer began.The formwork system adopts a steel beam supported by standard steel cow legs to bear the formwork load.Research and practical applications have shown that using pre embedded bolts or reserved holes for crossing bolts when constructing the vertical structure of the refuge layer,and later constructing the structure of the refuge layer,can effectively ensure the continuous construction of the main structure.There is no technical gap time for the entire structure construction,and there is no need to re install the climbing frame.The formwork system adopts a steel beam supported by standard steel cow legs to bear the formwork load.The force transmission is simple and reliable,and the steel cow legs are reused,saving costs.Further research and application results show that when using reserved holes on the wall,the bolts connecting the cow legs can also be reused,further saving engineering costs,and the standard cow legs can also be used for other cantilever formwork construction.This technology can be used as a reference for frontline technical personnel on construction sites.
