桥梁锚下预应力损失影响因素分析

摘要 为研究桥梁锚下预应力损失影响因素,首先从理论角度对锚下预应力损失的因素进行分析,然后采用广东省通用25 m小箱梁进行数据验证,根据数据验证获得的结果,拓展到对不同长度以及不同类型的预应力结构梁进行分析,最后再选择广东省通用30 m小箱梁进行建模分析,与数据验证结果进行对比。根据不同分析阶段的结果显示,采用25 m小箱梁进行的数据验证证明了理论分析的准确性,同时获取到预应力损失最大的单一影响因素为锚具变形、夹片回缩损失,占比达到81.0%,考虑最大单一影响因素后,对不同长度及不同类型的预应力结构梁分析中发现,梁型相同时,跨度越大,预应力损失相对会减小,而在跨度相同时,箱梁的损失程度比T梁结构要小,后续的建模计算分析验证了以上数据分析结果的准确性。文中计算分析得到的结论可为相关设计施工提供一定参考。 To study the influencing factors of prestress loss under bridge anchors,the factors of prestress loss under anchors were first analyzed from a theoretical perspective.And Then a 25 m small box girder commonly used in Guangdong Province was used for data validation.According to the results obtained from the data verification,the analysis was extended to the prestressed structural beams of different lengths and types.Finally,a general 30 m box girder from Guangdong Province is selected for modeling and analysis,and the results are compared with the data verification.According to the results of different analysis stages,the data verification of 25 m small box girder proved the accuracy of theoretical analysis,and obtained that the single biggest influence factor of prestressing loss was anchor deformation and clip retraction loss,accounting for 81.0%.After considering the largest single influence factor,it is found in the analysis of prestressed structural beams of different lengths and types that when the beam type is the same,the greater the span,the prestressed loss will be relatively reduced,and when the span is the same,the loss degree of the box girder is smaller than that of the T-beam structure.The subsequent modeling calculation and analysis verify the accuracy of the above data analysis results.The conclusions obtained from the calculation and analysis can provide some reference for the relevant design and construction.
