摘要
科教融合理念是新时代高等教育的核心育人理念,是实现创新人才协同培养的现代化高等教育形式之一。当前,我国中医药领域急需大批高质量创新型人才,中医药院校还需前瞻布局、系统谋划,加快建设高层次中医药人才队伍,深化中医药人才发展体制机制改革,通过解决人才匮乏这一关键问题,引领并带动中医药事业实现高质量发展的全局性跃升。结合辽宁中医药大学实际情况,以促进中医药传承发展为导向,秉承科教融合理念,面向未来中医药人才培养的新趋势,探索科教协同育人体制机制,深入推进科教融合。在新理念、新高度下,以新举措不断完善符合中医药特点的人才培养模式,为培养更多优秀的中医药人才贡献力量。
The concept of integrating science and education is the core educational philosophy of higher education in the new era,and it is one of the modern forms of higher education that achieves collaborative cultivation of innovative personnel.At present,there is an urgent need for a large number of high-quality innovative personnel in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in China.Traditional Chinese medicine colleges also need to have a forward-looking layout and systematic planning,accelerate the construction of a high-level team of traditional Chinese medicine personnel,deepen the reform of the development system and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine personnel,and lead and drive the overall high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry by solving the key problem of personnel shortage.Based on the actual situation of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,guided by the promotion of the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine,adhering to the concept of integrating science and education,and facing the new trend of cultivating personnel in traditional Chinese medicine in the future,we will explore the mechanism of collaborative education between science and education,and deeply promote the integration of science and education.Under new concepts and heights,we will continuously improve the personnel training model that conforms to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine with new measures,and contribute to the cultivation of more outstanding personnel in traditional Chinese medicine.
