摘要
经皮耳迷走神经刺激(taVNS)是一种非侵入性神经调控技术,目前已被用于治疗睡眠障碍、抑郁症、耐药性癫痫、颅脑损伤后意识障碍以及脑卒中后吞咽障碍等临床问题,对taVNS的作用机制及临床应用进展进行综述,以期为taVNS在临床康复中的应用提供参考。
Transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation(taVNS)is a non-invasive neuroregulatory technique that has been used to treat sleep disorders,depressive disorder,drug-resistant epilepsy,disorders of consciousness after brain injury,and dysphagia caused by stroke.The study reviews the mechanism of action and clinical application of taVNS,so as to provide reference for the application of taVNS in clinical rehabilitation.
