摘要
现代产业学院是高校应用型人才培养的组织创新,但实践中的发展资源重叠、人才培养趋同、管理制度泛化等问题阻碍其创新成效,呈现出组织“生态位重叠”现象。在产业学院意向阶段,“薄弱化”的组织合作基础与“分化式”的组织价值是“生态位重叠”现象的前置条件;在实践阶段,制度建设滞后性与组织策略性偏差行为导致“生态位重叠”现象,引发了产业学院组织困境,致使其始终处于运行的低级阶段。运用扎根理论方法对该现象的形成机制进行理论构建,在合作基础、价值共享、制度共建与行为策略的维度构建中析取组织运行逻辑,可以为理解“生态位重叠”现象提供整体化解释。
Modern industrial college is an organizational innovation in the training of applied talents in colleges and universities.However,problems such as the overlapping of development resources,con-vergence of talent training and generalization of management system hinder its innovation effect,show-ing the phenomenon of organizational“niche overlap”.In the intention stage of industrial college,the“weak”foundation of organizational cooperation and“differentiated”organizational value are the pre-conditions for the phenomenon of“niche overlap”.In the practice,the lag of system construction and organizational strategic deviation lead to the phenomenon of“niche overlap”,which results in the orga-nizational dilemma of industrial college and makes it always in the low stage of operation.The forma-tion mechanism of this phenomenon can be constructed with the grounded theory applied,and the or-ganization operation logic be dissected from the dimension construction of cooperation basis,value sharing,institution construction and behavior strategy,which can provide a holistic explanation for un-derstanding the phenomenon of“niche overlap”.
