摘要
市政道路调查是全国自然灾害综合风险普查的重要内容之一。针对常规调查方法工作效率低、成果应用难等问题,本文将车载移动测量技术引入市政道路调查和信息化管理中,并通过武汉市第一次市政道路调查项目进行验证。结果表明,该方法不仅可提高道路调查工作效率,丰富调查成果的内容和形式,还可通过搭建武汉市市政道路基础信息管理系统,集道路调查信息的数据管理、综合查询、数据统计和专题分析等功能于一体,为后续开展综合风险普查成果应用提供有力支撑。
Urban road surveying is one of the important contents in the comprehensive national natural disaster risk surveying.To solve the problems resulted from conventional surveying methods,such as low efficiency and difficult to be applied in practice,this paper applies the vehicle-borne mobile map‐ping technology in urban road surveying and information managing,and illustrates it by the first com‐prehensive natural disaster risk surveying project of Wuhan City.The results show that the method in‐troduced in this paper can not only improve the work efficiency,enrich the contents and forms of sur‐veying products,but also can realize such functions as data management,comprehensive inquirying,data statistics and thematic analyzing of road surveying information by building Wuhan municipal road basic information management system.It can provide technical support for the subsequent application of comprehensive risk surveying products.
