摘要
高速公路服务区增设出入口(即服务区“开口子”)是国内近年来高速公路新增互通的新模式,但如何界定服务区是否应增设出入口的相关研究尚处于起步阶段,标准各异。为保障服务区增设出入口的科学合理,构建高速公路服务区增设出入口重要度综合评价模型,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,并选取154个服务区进行案例分析。结果表明,运用所提出的模型方法判定区域内各服务区增设出入口的重要度具备科学合理性,可为决策者提供一定的参考价值。
The addition of entrances and exits(i.e.,the“opening”of the service areas)in expressway service areas is a new model for the new interchange of expressways in China recent years.However,the relevant research on how to define whether the service area should be added with entrances and exits is still in its infancy,and the defining standards are different.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of adding entrances and exits in the service areas,a comprehensive evaluation model for the importance of adding entrances and exits in expressway service areas is constructed,the index weight is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process,and 154 service areas are selected for case analysis.The results show that it is scientific and reasonable to determine the importance of adding entrances and exits in each service area by using the proposed model method,which can provide some reference value for decision makers.
