摘要
为研究泡沫混凝土墙承载能力以及降低建筑成本,文中以某钢构企业生产的新型泡沫混凝土墙为例,利用ABAQUS软件对9组配筋形式进行模拟试验。结果表明,6组泡沫混凝土墙配筋形式不符合挠度规范要求,超过了允许限值;对符合挠度要求的3组泡沫混凝土墙进行钢筋应力分析,钢筋并未屈服,符合应力规范要求,但存在材料浪费情况,可根据模拟的结果进行后续试验,对钢筋形式进行优化,以减少材料用量,节约成本。
The new foamed concrete wall produced by a steel structure enterprise was taken as an example to study the bearing capacity of foamed concrete wall and the reduction of construction cost, with ABAQUS software used to simulate 9 groups of reinforcement forms. The results show that 6 groups of foam concrete wall reinforcement forms do not meet the deflection specification requirements, exceeding the allowable limit value. The stress analysis of three groups of foamed concrete walls that meet the deflection requirements shows that the rebar does not yield and meets the stress specification requirements, but there is material waste. According to the simulation results, follow-up tests can be carried out to optimize the form of steel bars, reduce the use of materials and save costs.
