摘要
市域产教联合体对于增强职业教育的适应性、服务区域经济发展具有重要的推动作用,但目前市域产教联合体建设中存在主体间权责不清、凝聚力不够、信息交流不畅等问题,影响其效能的发挥。多重制度逻辑理论对市域产教联合体内部主体的逻辑关系分析具有适切性,构建多重制度系统分析矩阵,对市域产教联合体场域内的多种制度逻辑进行剖析,再从中心性与兼容性两维度对市域产教联合体场域的内部逻辑状态进行诊断,识别目前“疏远型”(低中心―低兼容)制度环境现状,并从提高中心性与兼容性着手,调适市域产教联合体场域内制度逻辑间关系,对推动市域产教联合体建设具有重要意义。
Municipal industry-education consortia play a significant role in enhancing the adaptability of vocational education and serving regional economic development.However,there are current issues in the construction of these alliances,such as unclear responsibilities among stakeholders,insufficient cohesion,and poor information communication,which affect their effectiveness.The theory of multiple institutional logics is suitable for analyzing the logical relationships within municipal industry-education consortia.By constructing a matrix for analyzing multiple institutional systems,various institutional logics within the field of municipal industry-education consortia can be examined.This study diagnoses the internal logical status of the urban industry-education alliance field from the dimensions of centrality and compatibility,identifying the current alienated institutional environment(low centrality and low compatibility).It then proposes adjustments to the relationships between the institutional logics within the field to enhance both centrality and compatibility,which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of municipal industry-education consortia.
