摘要
在新农科背景下,我国农业现代化不断发展,对新农科人才培养的要求也在不断提高,涉浓高校不断探索人才培养路径,以适应我国农业现代化发展对人才的需求。该文结合广西民族师范学院种子科学与工程专业探析新农科人才培养现状与困境,从人才培养机制、实践能力培养途径、校企联合培养、融入思政教育、打造创新实践型教学团队和结合竞赛契机促进学生发展等方面探索种子科学与工程专业素养研修路径,以期在培养高素质应用型新农科人才培养提供思路和借鉴。
Against the backdrop of New Agricultural Science,China's agricultural modernization continues to develop,and the requirements for cultivating talents in New Agricultural Science are also constantly increasing.Various agricultural colleges and universities continue to explore talent training paths to adapt to the talent needs of China's agricultural modernization development.This paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties in cultivating new agricultural talents based on the seed science and engineering majors of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities,and explores the training path of seed science and engineering professional literacy from the aspects of talent training mechanism,practical ability training methods,joint training between schools and enterprises,integration of ideological and political education,and the creation of innovative practical teaching teams.Combining competition opportunities to promote student development,in order to provide ideas and reference for cultivating high-quality applied new agricultural talents.
