HeartCode BLS混合式教学模式在心肺复苏实训课程中的应用研究

摘要 目的 探究AHA HeartCode BLS混合式教学模式在心肺复苏实训课程中的应用与影响。方法 研究对象为广西中医药大学医学生,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组给予AHA HeartCode BLS混合式教学模式,对照组给予常规带教方式,观察两组教学后的心肺复苏技能和理论评分,最后采用在线问卷调查进行满意度评分并进行对比。结果 观察组的理论评分、技能评分、满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 AHA HeartCode BLS混合式教学模式有助于提高医学生的心肺复苏能力,适合在教学中开展应用。 Objective To To explore the application and influence of AHA HeartCode BLS mixed teaching mode in CPR training course.Methods The study objects were medical students in Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was given AHA HeartCode BLS mixed teaching mode,and the control group was given conventional teaching mode.The cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills and theoretical scores of the two groups were observed after teaching.Finally,the satisfaction of medical students was evaluated by online questionnaire survey and compared.Results The theoretical scores,skill scores and satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion AHA HeartCode BLS hybrid teaching model helps improve the CPR ability of medical students and is suitable for application.
