健康教育护理对下肢开放性骨折患者术后并发症和心理状态的影响

摘要 目的探讨健康教育护理对下肢开放性骨折患者术后并发症和心理状态的影响。方法选择2023年3月至2024年3月收治的90例下肢开放性骨折患者作为研究对象,术后将其随机分为常规组和健康教育组,各45例。常规组接受常规护理,健康教育组在常规护理基础上进行健康教育护理。比较两组的骨折愈合时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、疼痛程度、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果健康教育组的骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于常规组,术后并发症发生率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,健康教育组的数字评估量表(NRS)评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,健康教育组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,健康教育组的世界卫生组织生活质量量表-100(WHOQOL-100)评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育组的护理满意度评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论与常规护理相比,健康教育护理可显著缩短下肢开放性骨折患者术后的骨折愈合时间和住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率和疼痛程度,减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。 Objective To explore the effects of health education nursing on postoperative complications and psychological state of patients with open fracture of lower limb.Methods A tatal of 90 patients with open fracture of lower limb from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.After operation,the patients were randomly divided into conventional group and health education group,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing,and the health education group received health education nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The fracture healing time,hospitalization time,incidence of postoperative complications,pain degree,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the health education group were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score of the health education group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the health education group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the World Health Organization Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)score of the health education group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the health education group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,health education nursing can significantly shorten the fracture healing time and hospitalization time of patients with open fracture of lower limb,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and pain degree,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
