摘要
针对油漆市场中假冒伪劣产品泛滥、消费者权益受损及市场秩序混乱的问题,通过对消解方法、酸消解体系、波长选择、观测模式及发射功率的深入研究,建立了微波消解-双向观测电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法,结合外标法进行定量分析油漆中11种金属元素,判断质量差异的方法。实验结果表明,11种元素在0~10 mg/L的浓度与等离子体发射强度呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均超过0.995。方法检出限在0.05~3.5 mg/kg,精密度达到0.08%~8.5%(n=6),精密度测试验证了方法的可靠性。以11种元素为横坐标,油漆中元素的相对含量为纵坐标,构建了7种油漆的金属元素指纹图谱。结果表明,不同类型的油漆含有不同种类和含量的金属元素。元素图谱分析表明,半成品底漆黑色、清漆与PP哑黑底漆在元素含量分布及种类上呈现出相似性,而红色汽车漆、黄色汽车漆及蓝色汽车漆与其他油漆在元素特征上则存在显著差异。方法具有操作简便、检测速度快、灵敏度高等优点,为油漆的同一性鉴定提供了有力的技术支撑,也为司法鉴定和消费者权益保护提供了重要依据。
In response to the problems of the proliferation of fake and inferior products,the damage to consumers'rights and interests,and the confusion of market order in the paint market,an analysis method for 11 metal elements in paint was established to determine quality differences and maintain market order.The microwave digestion-bidirectional observation inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry combined with external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Through in-depth research on digestion methods,acid digestion systems,wavelength selection,observation modes,and emission power,the method detection limit was successfully established,and the reliability of the method was verified through precision testing.This method has the advantages of simple operation,fast detection speed,and high sensitivity.Experimental results showed that 11 elements exhibit a good linear relationship with plasma emission intensity in the range of 0-10 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995.The method detection limit ranges from 0.05 mg/kg to 3.5 mg/kg,and the precision reaches 0.08%-8.5%(n=6).Taking 11 elements as the abscissa and the relative content of elements in the paint as the ordinate,a metal element fingerprint atlas of 7 kinds of paint was constructed.The results showed that different types of paint contained different types and contents of metal elements.Element atlas analysis showed that the semi-finished black primer,varnish,and PP matte black primer exhibited similarity in element content distribution and types,while red automotive paint,yellow automotive paint,and blue automotive paint had significant differences in element characteristics compared to other paints.This study not only provides strong technical support for the identification of paint identity,but also provides an important basis for judicial identification and consumer rights protection.
