基于熵权-物元可拓模型的地铁基地列车运行安全管控评价研究

摘要 为有效控制地铁基地列车运行安全风险,根据列车运营安全特点,对影响地铁基地列车安全的因素进行归纳分析,并建立地铁基地列车运行安全评价体系,结合物元可拓理论及熵权理论,形成熵权-物元可拓模型。以重庆市某地铁基地运行现状为例,构建地铁基地列车运营安全风险评估指标体系,基于8位专家评分,计算各个评价指标与评价等级之间的关联度。利用熵权法确定指标权重,得到地铁基地列车安全评价等级的综合关联度,实现对地铁基地列车运行安全性的定量评价。研究结果表明,基于熵权-物元可拓的地铁基地列车运行安全评价模型成功将熵权理论和物元可拓理论相结合,可有效对地铁基地列车运行状况进行定量评价,进而深入挖掘地铁车辆基地运行安全的薄弱环节和关键指标,识别地铁车辆基地运行安全面临的主要问题和亟需改进的问题,为地铁车辆基地的安全平稳运行提供参考。 To effectively control the train operation safety risks in metro base,considering the characteristics of train operation safety,the factors affecting the safety of metro base are analyzed,and an evaluation system of train operation safety in metro base is established.Based on matter-element extension theory and entropy-weight theory,an entropy-weight and matter-element extension model is formulated.Taking the current operation status of a metro base in Chongqing municipality as an example,this article establishes an evaluation index system of the train operation safety risk in the metro base,calculates the correlation degree between the evaluation index and the evaluation grade based on the 8 experts’scores.The index weight is determined by the entropy-weight method,the comprehensive correlation degree of safety evaluation grade of metro vehicle base is obtained,so as to achieve the quantitative evaluation of train operation safety of metro base.The research results show that the train operation safety evaluation model based on entropy-weight and matter-element extension successfully combines the entropy-weight theory and the matter-element extension theory,it is capable of effectively evaluate the train operation condition of metro base on a quantitative manner,thereby deeply excavate the weak links and key indexes of operation safety of the metro vehicle base,identify the main issues and the issues in urgent need of improvement confronted by the metro vehicle base,so as to provide reference for ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the metro vehicle base.
