基于石墨烯和二氧化钒的太赫兹二色性超表面

摘要 本文提出了一种基于石墨烯和二氧化钒(VO_(2))的太赫兹二色性超表面,通过利用其各向异性可以分别实现双频带的CD和LD。当VO_(2)处于金属状态,石墨烯费米能级E_(f)=1eV,圆偏振波以入射角80°,偏振角为45°斜入射时,在0.75THz处的CD=0.77在0.93THz处的CD=0.96。当VO_(2)处于介电状态,石墨烯费米能级E_(f)=0.2eV,线偏振波以入射角80°,偏振角为30°斜入射时,在0.47THz处的LD=0.95在0.98THz处的LD=0.73并且LD受到石墨烯费米能级的调节,调制深度为21%。所设计的二色性超表面在太赫兹成像、无线通信、光学传感、生物光谱学等诸多领域中有着较大的应用潜力。 In this paper,a terahertz dichroism metasurface based on graphene and vanadium dioxide(VO_(2))is proposed,which can realize dual-band CD and LD respectively by utilizing its anisotropy.When VO_(2) is in a metallic state,the graphene Fermi level E_(f)=1eV,and the circular-polarized wave is oblique incident at an incident Angle of 80°and a polarization Angle of 45°,CD=0.77 at 0.75THz and CD=0.96 at 0.93THz.When VO_(2) is in dielectric state,graphene Fermi level E_(f)=0.2eV,linearly polarized wave is oblique incident at 80°and polarization Angle is 30°,LD=0.95 at 0.98THz and LD=0.73 at 0.47THz,and LD is regulated by graphene Fermi level,the modulation depth is 21%.The designed dichroic metasurface has great application potential in many fields such as terahertz imaging,wireless communication,optical sensing,biological spectroscopy and so on.
