基于改进白鲨优化算法的储能式充电桩优化运行策略

摘要 针对电动汽车储能充电桩无序充放电行为引起负荷峰谷差率,以及电动汽车的动态特性等问题。建立了考虑分时电价的储能式充电桩有序充放电优化调度策略。以电动汽车充放电电价、电动汽车充放电状态和充放电功率为决策变量,构建了以电动汽车充放电成本最小和充电桩收益最高为优化目标的电动汽车充放电调度数学模型,并为解决所提模型中多变量、多目标以及高维优化的问题,提出一种基于精英反向学习策略改进白鲨优化算法(EWSO),并使用CEC2021进行测试。综合考虑不同时间段储能充放电和充电桩放电负荷的功率约束,进行算例分析。结果表明,所提方法能极大程度降低用户充电费用,优化率为16.8%~27.5%,验证了模型的有效性及改进方法的可行性。 In response to the issues arising from the disorganized charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicle energy storage charging piles,which result in peak-valley load disparities,as well as considering the dynamic characteristics of electric vehicles,an optimized scheduling strategy is established for energy storage charging piles considering time-of-use electricity pricing.The decision variables include electric vehicle charging and discharging prices,the state of charge/discharge of electric vehicles,and the charging/discharging power.A mathematical model is formulated for the optimization of electric vehicle charging and discharging,aiming to minimize the cost of electric vehicle charging and discharging while maximizing the revenue of charging piles.To address the challenges posed by the multivariate,multi-objective and high-dimensional optimization problems inherent in the proposed model,white shark optimizer based on the elite reverse learning strategy(EWSO)is introduced,and it is tested using CEC2021.Case studies have been conducted,considering power constraints on energy charging and discharging and charging pile discharge loads during different time periods.The results demonstrate that the proposed approach significantly reduces user charging costs,with optimization rates ranging from 16.8%to 27.5%,thereby confirming the effectiveness of the model and the feasibility of the improvement method.
